Every EPC order or request for quote requires a properly filled out EPC Order Entry Checklist; Oilgear document TOC1180. The checklist will only take a few minutes to complete. Please supply as much information as possible about the application of the EPC you wish request a quote for or place on order. EPC Order Entry Checklists that are incomplete or are missing required information will not be processed.
