| 19" Rack |
|
|
| The
Oilgear analog module rack control systems have,
since the year 2000, been replaced by the new
microprocessor based, din rail mounted, EPC
Servo Controller. We can continue, for a
short period of time, to provide new modules,
on a special basis, for replacement, duplications,
unique applications, etc. For more information
contact the Oilgear Automation Systems department
at 414-327-1700 in the United States or by E-mail
at service@oilgear.com. |

The
Analog Module Rack control system was developed in the late
1960's. Oilgear Automation System's goal was to be able to
engineer custom control systems using standard modular building
blocks. Each module was designed using solid-state technology,
with test points, and adjustment points clearly identified
on the front of the module. To add greater versatility, each
standard module was designed with a number of options which
can be selected when back plane wiring the module rack. All
modules where performance tested at the time of manufacture
and again during the final system test. Modules were housed
in an aluminum rack, which became a complete functioning
unit after being back plane wired. Since the introduction
of Oilgear Automation Systems EPC
Servo Controller, this rack design has become obsolete.
However, most of the Analog Rack documentation is still available
for download in the Online
Documentation section. |

| The
Oilgear Mini-Rack control systems have, since
the year 2000, been replaced by the new microprocessor
based, din rail mounted, EPC
Servo Controller. We can continue, for a
short period of time, to provide new modules
and Mini-Rack systems, on a special basis, for
replacement, duplications, unique applications,
etc. For more information contact the Oilgear
Automation Systems department at 414-327-1700

| A.C. Amplifier |
|
|
| If
you have a Oilgear AC Amplifier unit like the
one shown below you need to replace it now;
there is no longer a way for Oilgear to service
or support these units. Please contact Oilgear
at 414-327-1700 in the United States or by
E-mail at service@oilgear.com. |

The
AC Amplifier was first developed to answer the calling of
the increased complexity of control systems in all fields
of manufacture during the late 50's. Since then the AC amplifier
has been replaced by the Analog Rack System and from there
by the EPC Servo Controller.
The AC Amplifier is Obsolete and can no longer be supported
as
most of the components used to construct it are no longer
available. However Oilgear Automation Systems can assist
you in upgrading to a EPC Servo
Controller to work in place of your AC Amplifier. |
