Created to take on a variety tough jobs, the three-way Centerflo Prefill Units are used with hydraulic press circuits to gravity fill or exhaust main cylinders during rapid advance or return. The unit includes a port to connect the pump to the main cylinder during high-tonnage pressing.

Oilgear prefill and exhaust valves are built to make maintenance easy. In the VSA, control, operator and main plungers can be easily removed for inspection without disturbing the main body or shroud piping. And the pressure energized seal ring design increases service life and minimizes leakage — so you can keep going.
When you need it, you can modify the VSA to fit your operations. If two-way function is desired, the third port can be blocked. And the shroud can rotate completely to simplify piping alignment.
