Available with direction control, pressure control or flow control, Oilgear screw-in cartridge valves are unmatched in performance, pressures and flow range. Our screw-in cartridges are available at standard hydraulic valve prices — with custom design flexibility.
Multiple valve sizes, basic functions and pilot control modules guarantee you’ll find what you need for your operations. And with our precision manufacturing, you’ll minimize downtime and stay on track.
HS2SVO604 | Two-Way Directional-Control Pilot Valve.
The HS2SV cartridge valve is used to allow or block flow, through actuation of an operator, from a circuit to reservoir. The solenoid is available with various voltage and connection options. And like other Oilgear screw-in cartridge values, they are available with a variety of options that make sure they work for your needs.
HS3SVC602 | Three-Way Directional Control Pilot
The HS3SV cartridge valve is used to allow, block or bypass flow in a system — depending on spool chosen — through actuation of an operator. Solenoid-operated and normally closed, these valves are available with several spool configurations for a variety of functions. They can be actuated by electric, pneumatic or manual operator. The solenoid is available with various voltage and connection options.
HS3SVO602 | Directional, 3-Way, Solenoid-Operated, Normally-Open
The HS3SV cartridge valve is used to allow, block or bypass flow in a system (depending on spool chosen) though actuation of an operator. The solenoid is available with various voltage and connection options.
HS4WPP802 | Directional, Four Way, Pilot Operated.
The HS4WPP cartridge valve is used to allow flow through two channels when in its normal position. When piloted, these two channels are swapped.
HSC2003 | Valves to Check and Counterbalance
When you need one-way flow in your hydraulic application, check valves from Oilgear can do the job. HSC cartridge-type check valves allow free flow in one direction while automatically preventing flow in the opposite direction. They can be used to separate portions of a circuit, or with a sequence valve to provide a counterbalance valve function.
HSF1202 | Made to Regulate Flow
When you need control over your operations, screw-in cartridge valves from Oilgear can help. The HSF valve is a non-pressure-compensated, adjustable orifice for adjusting flow in one direction and allowing free flow in the other direction. These valves are used as unidirectional flow regulators.
HSF802 | Made to Regulate Flow
When you need control over your operations, screw-in cartridge valves from Oilgear can help. The HSF valve is a non-pressure-compensated, adjustable orifice for adjusting flow in one direction and allowing free flow in the other direction. These valves are used as unidirectional flow regulators.
HSLR603 | Direct Acting Relief
The HSLR is a low-flow, adjustable relief valve used for pilot control of relief, pressure-reducing, sequence or any other type of pressure-controlled valve.
HSMR601 | A Direct-Acting Relief Valve
The HSMR is a low-flow, adjustable relief valve with a cone-style poppet, used for pilot control of relief, pressure-reducing, sequence or any other type of pressure-controlled valve. With HSMR, your operations will keep going and going, without leaks.
HSN2002 | A Bidirectional Flow Control Needle, Adjustable
HSN valves are a non-pressure-compensated adjustable orifice used for meter-out, or meter-in circuits to control the fluid flow volume in either direction (bidirectional).
HSN801 | A Bidirectional Flow Control Needle, Adjustable
HSN valves are a non-pressure-compensated adjustable orifice used for meter-out, or meter-in circuits to control the fluid flow volume in either direction (bidirectional).
HSP1621 | A Flexible, Functional Poppet Valve.
The HSP cartridge valve can be used as a pilot-operated check valve or directional control valve. One or more cartridges can be used to provide two-, three- and four-way function. HSP valves can also function as a flow-control valve — when used with stroke-limiter operation — and as a pressure-control valve when used with appropriate pilot valve. HSP is normally closed.
HSPR801 | A Pressure-Reducing, Piloted Valve
The HSPR valve regulates and maintains reduced pressure from the main hydraulic system in a secondary circuit.
HSPRR1600 | Providing Pressure Relief
The HSPPR valve is used to provide and maintain a regulated pressure (to a secondary circuit) that is lower than the supply pressure. The valve also provides a relief function for the regulated circuit at a pressure slightly above the reduced pressure setting.
HSR1601 | Direct and Piloted Relief
When you need quick pressure relief for your operations, the HSR cartridge valve can help. When controlled by an HSLR pilot operator it acts as a fast-acting relief valve. The cartridge is designed for continuous duty applications to regulate system maximum pressure continuously and smoothly.
HSR2001 | Direct and Piloted Relief
When you need quick pressure relief for your operations, the HSR cartridge valve can help. When controlled by an HSLR pilot operator it acts as a fast-acting relief valve. The cartridge is designed for continuous duty applications to regulate system maximum pressure continuously and smoothly.
HSRS802 | Relief Valve, Spike, Piloted
The HSRS piloted cartridge valve is a fast acting valve designed to prevent high pressure spikes, that can occur with slower acting valves, and regulate system maximum pressure consistently.
HSTV1200 | A Throttle Valve with Flexible Outcomes
The HSTV cartridge valve is a low-torque, fast-acting, non-compensated, adjustable orifice (port 2 to 1) used to meter-in, meter-out or bleed-off circuits to control fluid flow volume.
HSTV1601 | A Throttle Valve with Flexible Outcomes
The HSTV cartridge valve is a low-torque, fast-acting, non-compensated, adjustable orifice (port 2 to 1) used to meter-in, meter-out or bleed-off circuits to control fluid flow volume.
HSTV800 | A Throttle Valve with Flexible Outcomes
The HSTV cartridge valve is a low-torque, fast-acting, non-compensated, adjustable orifice (port 2 to 1) used to meter-in, meter-out or bleed-off circuits to control fluid flow volume.
