Air Dry Filter
Oil Mist Separation Breather
Oilgear has valuable experience in the design and manufacturing of air dry filters and oil mist separation breathers, which are essential components for maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of hydraulic systems.
Air Dry Filters: These filters are designed to remove moisture and contaminants from the air entering hydraulic systems, helping to prevent corrosion and ensure optimal performance. Oilgear's air dry filters are engineered for durability and effectiveness, making them suitable for various industrial applications.
Oil Mist Separation Breathers: Oil mist separation breathers play a crucial role in preventing oil mist from escaping into the environment while allowing for proper ventilation of hydraulic systems. Oilgear's solutions in this area are designed to effectively capture and separate oil mist, contributing to cleaner operations and compliance with environmental regulations.
With a focus on quality and innovation, Oilgear ensures that their air dry filters and oil mist separation breathers meet the specific needs of their customers, enhancing the reliability and longevity of hydraulic systems. If you have any specific questions about these products or their applications, feel free to ask!
How it Works
The Air-Oil mixture (Aerosol) is guided through the oil separation box where drops of liquid will be separated from the air. Due to gravity and special design of the box the separated oil will flow back into the tank. Breather separates oil mist from the air when the tank and prefill are in “exhaust mode,” keeping oil in the tank and out of the air in the plant.
Benefits
- Keeps the oil aerosol/mist in the tank and the air clean
- Long lasting elements
- Field retrofittable on an existing tank breather system
- Durable, robust design
- Extends service interval
- Easy to service filter element
