D Pump systems provide unexcelled speed control on processing machines. This pump is able to respond instantly to conveniently located electric hand servos or preset speed position controls.
With Oilgear Variable Displacement Pumps, power is only used in proportion to the work performed. The volumetric displacement is selected to suit, and the pressure responds instantly to the resistance met. No power is wasted in the form of heat through chokes, orifices, or excessive piping.
These units incorporate a positive, variable delivery, multiple radial rolling piston high pressure pump; one or two controls; high-pressure relief valves; a gear pump with relief valve; and an Oilgear pintle check-type suction and return valve for differential or non-differential two-way systems.
Using Oilgear two-way pumps, you can eliminate many directional and flow control valves, simplify power and control circuits, and save on piping and fittings. The D Pump also allows for reduced electrical controls, the cushion of flow reversals, and infinite flow variability.
Oilgear recommends that legacy D Type pumps be replaced by the current PVV pump line.
